The septum check went smoothly. The doctor examined the septum and confirmed that there were no issues or abnormalities. They also provided some recommendations for maintaining good nasal health. Overall, it was a quick and routine check-up. **

A septum is a wall or partition that divides a cavity or structure into separate compartments. In biology, a septum can refer to a dividing wall between two cavities or structures within an organism. For example, the nasal septum separates the two nostrils in the human nose. In chemistry, a septum can refer to a barrier that separates two chambers in a reaction vessel, allowing for controlled transfer of substances between the chambers. **

I'm sorry, but as a text-based AI, I am unable to physically see or examine your septum. If you suspect that your septum may be crooked, it is best to consult with a medical professional such as an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist or a plastic surgeon. They will be able to provide a proper evaluation and recommend appropriate treatment options if necessary. **

Without a physical examination or imaging, it is impossible to definitively determine if the septum is torn. Symptoms such as nosebleeds, difficulty breathing, or a visible deformity may suggest a septal tear, but a medical professional would need to evaluate the nose to confirm the diagnosis. If there is concern about a septal tear, it is important to seek medical attention for a proper evaluation and treatment. **

The choice between a septum or lip piercing ultimately depends on personal preference and style. A septum piercing is located in the center of the nose, while a lip piercing can be placed on either the upper or lower lip. Both piercings can be stylish and trendy, so it's important to consider which one best complements your facial features and overall aesthetic. It's also important to consider the healing process and aftercare for each type of piercing before making a decision. **

The decision between getting a septum or lip frenulum piercing ultimately depends on personal preference and anatomy. A septum piercing is located in the thin strip of skin between the nostrils, while a lip frenulum piercing is located on the small fold of skin that connects the upper lip to the gum. Both piercings can be stylish and unique, so it's important to consider which one suits your individual style and facial anatomy best. Additionally, it's important to consult with a professional piercer to discuss the placement and aftercare for either piercing. **

Beauty is subjective, and opinions on the attractiveness of the septum piercing can vary widely. Some people find septum piercings to be an attractive and stylish form of self-expression, while others may not personally find it appealing. Ultimately, whether the septum piercing is considered attractive or not is a matter of personal preference and individual taste. **
