Eiswein, or ice wine, is known for its high sugar content and acidity, which can help preserve the wine over time. However, it is important to note that individual bottles can vary in their aging potential, and it is always best to consult with a wine expert or sommelier before opening an older bottle to ensure it is still in good condition. **
